After dancing with a partner for about 30 minutes to an hour, SOC-027 will stand in place and become inert again, until the next time it raises its arm. If SOC-027 is not provided with a dance partner after raising its arm, SOC-027 will slowly begin rattling until it is visibly shaking, at which point the landscape around SOC-027 will begin transforming into SOC-027-W, a mostly empty outdoor environment characterized by dense fog, light winds and sparsely dotted by dead trees. This will continue to spread and transform more landscape until a partner is provided to SOC-027, which will then cause the mannequin to dance until SOC-027-W is slowly and completely retracted, reverting the surroundings to normal. Leaving SOC-027 before it has finished dancing and become still will cause it to return to the outstretched hand position, and SOC-027-W will resume spreading.
A motion camera has been installed in the janitorialstorage closet where SOC-027 is kept to try to catch SOC-027 activation early before SOC-027-W begins.
