Shadow Milk Cookie is a character from Cookie Run, specifically from the series' city-building / battle simulator mobile game "Cookie Run Kingdom". Shadow Milk Cookie visually resembles a jester, but due to his lying and treacherous nature, he is actually really into puppets for some reason. In "Cookie Run Kingdom", he uses his puppets to hurt you badly, and uses his twisted gimmick to be gay and trick Toons. In real life, he puppets hoards of people to spread depictions of his likeness, such as in fanart, as part of their usernames in Roblox, or in text form Mastodon posts (even though he's not even a fat guy). This wouldn't have happened if they didn't make him real but they did and you can buy him for moneybucks to get infected.

For some reason in particular this character, once noticed, will then follow you everywhere in every social space with people you are not familiar with, and it will make you scream every time you see him and inflicting the Agony. This was always the plan. I hate him. I hate this thing

Nobody knows why this is happening, but the leading theory is that this character is the Cookie Run fandom's designated Sexyman.

The best toppings to equip him with are Swift Chocolate (Deceitful), Searing Raspberry (Deceitful), and Juicy Apple Jelly (Deceitful). Whatever.
